My first experience was to have my dog Buddy put to sleep. The staff was so supportive and caring.
He's an amazing vet! I found a hernia in my dad's dog's belly and he removed the hernia and spayed her in one surgery. She healed up very nicely and he's been out go-to ever since!
Quite frankly I wouldn't even give this place a star. I called ahead of time for my two large dogs and they assured me they were equipped with the proper staff to handle them, of course with my help. It was a lot less than I expected. I don't suggest anyone take their animals here, especially smaller animals. The groomers were so rough and rude with 6 month old pup and wondered why he tried to bite them! She (the groomer) tried to force him on the scale without even saying one word to him and held him down by the scruff of his neck, then wondered why he tried to bite her. My pup loves EVERYONE literally, he tries to play with complete strangers when we go places. He's not scared of anyone. He does have a history of stress related issues that cause him to pass out but he is such a gentle soul. He is also a Siberian husky and loves to play very rough and is hard to hurt him, I can only imagine how hard she was gripping his neck to make him yelp and try to bite her. I didn't tolerate and I told HER (the groomer) exactly what she did wrong and we went back to see the Vet. I am glad I walked back to the grooming station when I did because they refused to let me go back and be with him, but I was worried for his stress issues. The Vet wasn't very nice either. He treated my dogs like they were menaces to society and wouldn't so much as pet them or try to get them to open up a little. He made us muzzle them with a muzzle that was far too small for their snouts and it was a disaster. I can only imagine what these people do to the smaller animals that come in without their protecting owners.
My dog went in yesrtday to be fixed she was fine and all but when we woke up this morning she was gone. Y'all basically took my kid from me.
Always been very nice I expecially like Dr. Osborne she has been there when I had to put my 18 yr. old yorkie precious down and very supportive. Explaines everything to me with a through exam. Staff very sweet. Hopefully never have to go anywhere else. Now my Señor has a terrible heart with limited time. I am heartbroken again. They take care of cremation too. I actually told them where to get pets done at.
